Dr. Joyce Desrosiers is a talented optometrist, pediatric eye doctor, and eye disease treatment and management provider at True Eye Experts. She has years of experience providing patients with incredible eye care and bringing them excellent vision results.
Dr. Desrosiers’s Experience
Prior to her career as an optometrist, Dr. Desrosiers spent 16 years as a certified ophthalmic technician, where she assisted in a variety of eye health services, including eye surgeries, fluorescein angiograms, ultrasounds, and fundus photography. She also opened the Eye Clinic of Vero & Optical Boutique before starting optometry school. Dr. Desrosiers graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry and performed an ocular disease externship at the VA Hospital in West Palm Beach and at the Broward Nova Optometric Clinic. She finished her internship in pediatrics and contact lenses at the Nova Southeastern Optometric Clinic.
Before joining True Eye Experts, Dr. Desrosiers was a member of a large ophthalmology practice in Boca Raton. There, she offered services such as eye disease treatment and management and co-managed preoperative and postoperative cataract and LASIK surgeries.

Dr. Desrosiers is a military mom who spends some of her time away from True Eye Experts doing what she can to support the troops. She is part of the Military Moms Prayer Group of Vero Beach and coordinator for the Holidays for Heros outreach effort for military members overseas.
