Primary Care Optometry for All Patients
Dr. Welter is a board certified optometrist in the Tampa/ St. Petersburg area since 2007. She holds a license to practice optometry in the state of Florida and Massachusetts. Dr. Welter received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of South Florida. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and a Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Welter provides comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings to patients eight years old and above. She believes in enhancing the patient experience by engaging with patients and providing quality exams.
