Samuel J. Teske, OD
Dr. Samuel Teske (Teh-skee) is a TPA/DPA-Certified optometrist specializing in vision correction, specialty contact lenses, and ocular disease treatment. He’s particularly interested in dry eye disease because it often goes undiagnosed and mistreated, and with True Eye Experts’ medical equipment, he is proud to make a genuine difference for his patients.
Dr. Teske’s Experience
Graduating with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Teske has also completed internships in ocular disease, contact lenses, pediatrics, geriatrics, and primary care. With over two decades of practice, he has completed extensive specialty training, setting him apart as a prominent eye doctor in Tampa. His passion stems from his childhood days immersed in his father’s optical shop, where he discovered the transformative potential of vision-enhancing tools. Driven by the joy of aiding patients with complex and tricky vision issues, he finds fulfillment in making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Dr. Teske enjoys spending time outdoors when he’s not practicing eye care or spending valuable time with his wife and three children. His favorite outdoor activities include golfing, running, and kayaking.
