Dr. Chavez completed her optometry degree from New England College in 2002 and initially practiced as an eye doctor in Portsmouth, NH, before relocating to Florida in 2004. She has since been providing primary care optometric services to adult and pediatric patients in the Pinellas and Citrus Counties.
