Sherrie Teddy, OD

Dr. Sherrie Teddy (Ted-ee) is a certified optometrist who has been diligently serving the New Port Richey area since 1983. Her passion for helping others led her to become the president of Volunteer Optometric Service to Humanity at IU, and she now offers free eye care services to those in need through the Pasco County school system.

Dr. Teddy’s Experience

Dr. Teddy worked at St. Luke’s Eye Clinic after graduating with a bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University before establishing her own practice. She is known for her work with the legally blind and for her remarkable achievements with contact lenses, including bifocal, astigmatism, and other complex cases.

Get to Know Dr. Teddy

When she isn’t serving her patients and community, Dr. Teddy loves spending time with her husband, Greg, their two beautiful daughters, and their many dogs. She also enjoys making renovations to her 90-year-old house with her family.
